आविष्‍कार स्‍पर्धे अंतर्गत वनामकृविची विद्यार्थीनी दिपाली संगेकर हिने राजभवनात केले संशोधन प्रकल्‍पाचे सादरीकरण

पंधराव्या आंतरमहाविद्यालयीन आविष्कार स्पर्धेतुन निवड झालेल्‍या वसंतराव नाईक मराठवाडा कृषि विद्यापीठातील सामुदायिक विज्ञान महाविद्यालयातील आचार्य पदवीची विद्यार्थ्‍यांनी दिपाली संगेकर हिने  प्रजासत्ताक दिनी दिनांक २६ जानेवारी रोजी राजभवन येथे आपला संशोधन प्रकल्प सादर केला. यामध्ये राज्‍यातील एकूण २७ विद्यार्थ्यांनी सहभाग घेतला होता. सदर सादरीकरण पाहण्यासाठी राज्यपाल आणि विद्यापीठाचे कुलपती मा श्री भगत सिंग कोश्यारी, राज्याचे मुख्यमंत्री मा ना श्री एकनाथ शिंदे आदीसह अनेक उद्योगपती उपस्थित होते. दिपाली संगेकर हीने ‘मूल्यवर्धित बेकरी उत्पादनांच्या निर्मितीमध्‍ये डिओइल्ड सोया मीलचा वापर’ यावर आपला संशोधन प्रकल्‍प सादर केला. यावेळी राज्‍यपाल मा श्री भगतसिंग कोश्यारी आणि मुख्‍यमंत्री मा ना श्री एकनाथ शिंदे यांनी विद्यार्थ्यांचे अभिनंदन केले. सदर संशोधन प्रकल्‍पाकरिता निवृत्‍त संशोधिका डॉ आशा आर्या यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले. दिपाली संगेकर हिचे विद्यापीठाचे कुलगुरू मा डॉ इन्द्र मणि, शिक्षण संचालक डॉ धर्मराज गोखले, प्राचार्य डॉ जया बंगाळे, विद्यार्थी कल्‍याण अधिकारी डॉ सचिन मोरे आदींनी अभिनंदन केले. 

Dipali Sangekar presented her research project at Raj Bhavan Mumbai

Dipali Sangekar, a Ph.D. candidate from Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Agricultural University's College of Community Science, who was chosen for the 15th Intercollegiate Avishkar Competition, presented her research project at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on January 26, 2023 on the occasion of Republic Day. A total of 27 students from the different universities of the state participated in function. Many industrialists including Hon’ble Governor and Chancellor of the University Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshyari, and Hon’ble Chief Minister of the State Shri. Eknath Shinde were present to watch the presentation. Dipali Sangekar presented her research project on 'Use of Deoiled Soya Meal in the Production of Value Added Bakery Products'. On this occasion Hon’ble Governor and Hon’ble Chief Minister congratulated the students. Retired researcher Dr. Asha Arya guided the Dipali for the  research project. Hon’ble VC of VNMKV Dr. Indra Mani, Director of Instruction Dr. D.N. Gokhale, Associate Dean Dr. Jaya Bangale, Student Welfare Officer Dr. Sachin More etc congratulated Dipali Sangekar for her presentation.
