Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth (VNMKV), Parbhani, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HarvestPlus Solutions (HPS), Washington D.C., marking a significant step towards strengthening global collaboration in the areas of agriculture, nutrition, and food security. The MoU was signed by Dr. Indra Mani, Vice-Chancellor, VNMKV, Parbhani, and Mr. Ravinder Grover, Chief Operating Officer, HarvestPlus Solutions, on the occasion of the National Nutrition & Biofortification Scaling Workshop held at New Delhi on 16th December 2025.
This strategic partnership will
focus on scaling and commercialization of innovative solutions emerging from HarvestPlus,
CGIAR, and public–private sector partners, with a strong emphasis on improving
livelihoods and addressing global food and nutrition security challenges. The
collaboration aims to create a sustainable and meaningful impact, particularly
for vulnerable communities across the globe.
